Lemon Herb Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/2 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, zested and juiced
2 tsp thyme, dried
2 tsp rosemary, dried
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley, freshly chopped for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
3. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, thyme, and rosemary to the skillet, stirring well.
4. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
5. In another pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
6. Sear chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side.
7. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
9. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Storage
Store cooled chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 325°F for about 10 minutes or until warmed through.
