Ingredients
8 chicken thighs
1 lemon, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
1. Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, parsley, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Pour the mixture over the chicken thighs, ensuring an even coat.
4. Layer lemon slices over the top of the chicken.
5. Pour chicken broth into the crockpot, without washing away the seasoning.
6. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
