Lemon Garlic Tahini Dip

Ingredients
1 cup tahini
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (from about 2 lemons)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish
1/4 cup roasted pine nuts for garnish
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the tahini and lemon juice until well combined.
2. Add minced garlic, water, olive oil, sea salt, ground cumin, and cayenne pepper. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more lemon juice for acidity or salt for flavor.
4. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped parsley and roasted pine nuts.
