Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp dried lavender buds
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lemon cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil.
3. Stir in the dried lavender buds and lemon zest until well combined.
4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Slightly flatten each ball with the bottom of a glass.
6. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
7. While cookies are baking, mix powdered sugar with fresh lemon juice to create a glaze.
