Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 bell peppers, cut into chunks
1 red onion, cut into chunks
1 zucchini, sliced

1 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
3. Preheat a stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
4. Thread marinated chicken, bell peppers, onion, and zucchini onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
5. Place skewers on the grill pan and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp.
