Hummus and Veggie Bowl
This Hummus and Veggie Bowl is a refreshing and nutritious option for a light lunch, combining creamy hummus with an assortment of fresh vegetables and warm pita wedges.

Ingredients
1 cup hummus
1 cucumber, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
2 whole wheat pita breads, cut into wedges
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Arrange hummus in a large bowl, spreading it out evenly.
2. Neatly arrange cucumber slices, red and yellow bell pepper slices, and pita wedges around the hummus.
3. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the veggies for added flavor.
4. Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper over the entire bowl.
5. Serve immediately or store appropriately if needed.
Storage
