Hummus & Veggie Wrap

A wholesome and flavorful wrap featuring creamy hummus, crisp vegetables, and fresh spinach, perfect for a refreshing and healthy lunch.

Ingredients

1 whole grain wrap
1/4 cup hummus
1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Lay the whole grain wrap on a flat surface.
2. Spread the hummus evenly over the entire wrap.
3. Layer the sliced cucumbers and bell peppers over the hummus.
4. Add the fresh spinach leaves on top of the vegetables.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Roll the wrap tightly and slice in half for serving.

Storage

Store the wrap in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheating

Enjoy cold or allow it to come to room temperature. Reheating is not necessary.
