Ingredients
3 cups All-purpose flour
1 tbsp Baking powder
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Honey
12 oz Honey ale beer
1/4 cup Unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a standard 9x5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, brown sugar, and salt.
3. Stir in the honey and beer, mixing until just combined. The batter will be thick and slightly lumpy.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top.
5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Storage
Store wrapped in plastic wrap or in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, wrap slices in foil and warm in a 350°F oven for 10 minutes.
