Homestyle Turkey and Vegetable Bake

Ingredients
2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups stuffing mix
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked turkey, mixed vegetables, condensed soup, milk, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
3. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the stuffing mix with melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the turkey mixture.
5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
6. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
7. Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through, or microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
