Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup milk
2 cups water
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add chopped onions and minced garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.
2. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Season the beef with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Stir well.
4. Pour in milk and water, then add elbow macaroni to the skillet. Stir to combine.
5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
6. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
7. Serve hot and enjoy your homemade Hamburger Helper.
