Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs.
4. In another shallow dish, mix Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
5. Dredge each chicken breast in flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
6. In a large oven-safe skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
7. Add the coated chicken breasts to the skillet, cooking until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

To reheat, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the chicken for 10-12 minutes or until warmed through.
