Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs salmon fillet
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 lemon, sliced
2 sprigs fresh dill
1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
2. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and black pepper.
4. Arrange lemon slices and fresh dill over the salmon.
5. Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the top.
