Herbed Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
2 lbs pork tenderloin
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
2. Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil all over the meat.
3. In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, rosemary, thyme, garlic, and paprika.
4. Evenly coat the pork tenderloin with the herb mixture, pressing it gently into the meat.
5. Place the tenderloin on the prepared baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
6. Remove from the oven and let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for about 10 minutes or until warmed through.
