Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dust with flour, shaking off excess.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
