Ingredients
2 lbs ground turkey
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, and milk until combined.
3. Add egg, olive oil, salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme, rosemary, onions, garlic, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce.
4. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
5. Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a greased baking dish.
6. Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the loaf.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
8. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat slices in a microwave-safe dish for 1-2 minutes on high, or until heated through.
