Ingredients

2 large eggs
1 teaspoon dried thyme

2 cups water

Instructions

1. Fill a small saucepan with 2 cups of water and bring to a rolling boil.
2. Carefully add eggs to the boiling water using a spoon.
3. Add thyme, rosemary, black pepper, and salt to the water.
4. Boil the eggs for exactly 6 minutes for a soft center.
5. Remove eggs with a slotted spoon and place them in an ice bath for 2 minutes.
6. Peel the eggs gently and serve warm.

Storage
