Ingredients
4 lbs chicken thighs
2 lemons, thinly sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
