Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 cup ketchup
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, and milk. Mix well until fully integrated.
3. Stir in the onions, garlic, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Mix until just combined.
4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
5. Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
6. Bake for 60-75 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage
Store leftover meatloaf in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat slices of meatloaf in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for about 15 minutes or until heated through.
