Ingredients
4 lbs chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp paprika
1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and paprika.
3. Add chicken thighs to the bowl, ensuring each piece is coated evenly with the spice mix.
4. Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs, skin-side up on the prepared baking sheet. Place lemon slices over the chicken for added flavor.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
