Herb-Infused Oven-Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients
1 lb asparagus
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Wash the asparagus and trim the woody ends.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, lemon zest, thyme, rosemary, and minced garlic.
4. Add the asparagus to the bowl and toss until well coated with the herb mixture.
5. Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.
6. Roast in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and slightly crispy.
7. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Storage
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, place the asparagus in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 5-7 minutes until warmed through.
