Ingredients
1 lb salmon fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
3. Brush the salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
4. Sprinkle chopped dill and parsley evenly over the fillets.
5. Place the salmon fillets on the grill skin-side down.
6. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
7. Remove from grill and garnish with lemon slices before serving.
Storage
Store leftover grilled salmon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

To reheat, preheat your oven to 275°F and warm the salmon for about 15 minutes or until heated through.
