Ingredients
1 whole turkey breast (approx. 4-5 lbs)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Pat turkey breast dry with paper towels and rub with olive oil.
2. Season the turkey breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
3. Place the turkey breast in the crock pot and pour chicken broth around it.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
5. Mix orange juice, honey, cornstarch, and water in a small saucepan over medium heat until slightly thickened.
6. Brush the citrus glaze over the turkey breast and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
7. Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
