Ingredients

1 loaf of French bread
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise.
3. In a bowl, mix together softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, sea salt, and black pepper until well combined.
4. Spread the garlic herb butter evenly over both halves of the bread.
5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese followed by mozzarella cheese over the buttered bread evenly.
6. Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
7. Let the bread cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Storage
