Ingredients
2 lbs ground pork
1/2 lb ground veal
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh thyme
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 cup cold water
Sausage casings
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine ground pork and veal.
2. Add kosher salt, black pepper, parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, and coriander to the meat mixture.
3. Gradually mix in cold water until evenly distributed.
4. Stuff the mixture into sausage casings, twisting every 6 inches to create links.
5. Preheat a grill to medium heat.
6. Grill sausages for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and browned.
7. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
Storage
Store uncooked sausages in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
