Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and coat them with the herb mixture.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
