Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, dill, parsley, almonds, olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush with lemon juice.
