Herb-Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
1 lb salmon fillet
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, olive oil, parsley, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the salmon fillet on a microwave-safe dish.
3. Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the salmon.
4. Microwave on high for 4-6 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is crispy.
5. Allow to rest for 1 minute before serving with lemon wedges.
Storage
