1/4 cup olive oil
1 lemon (zested and juiced)
1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush each chicken breast with the herb mixture, ensuring even coverage.
