Ingredients

8 lamb chops (approximately 2 lbs)

2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard to form a marinade.
2. Place lamb chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
3. Let the lamb chops marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Remove lamb chops from the marinade and allow excess to drip off.
