Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 large carrots, sliced
2 large potatoes, diced
1 cup frozen peas
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain excess fat.
2. Transfer the cooked beef to the slow cooker.
3. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, sliced carrots, and diced potatoes into the slow cooker.
4. Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and black pepper.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
6. Add the frozen peas 30 minutes before serving to heat through.
