Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed tomato soup
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 oz wide egg noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
4. Drain excess fat from the skillet.
5. Stir in the tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
6. Add the cooked egg noodles and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet; mix well to combine.
7. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
8. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
10. Let it cool slightly before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat individual portions in the microwave on medium power for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
