Hearty Ham and Noodle Bake

Ingredients
1 lb cooked ham, cubed
8 oz egg noodles
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
3. In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, ham, peas, onion, 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
4. Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
5. In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle over casserole.
6. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
7. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
Storage
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in the oven at 325°F until heated through or microwave in individual portions.
