Hearty Egg Bake

Ingredients
8 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup cooked sausage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, diced onions, and cooked sausage.
4. Add salt and black pepper to taste and mix thoroughly.
5. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter and pour the egg mixture into the dish.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat individual servings in the microwave for 1-2 minutes on medium power or until heated through.
