Ingredients
3 lbs chicken breasts
4 cups cubed bread
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups milk
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp dried sage
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook and cube chicken breasts, then set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine cubed bread, chicken broth, milk, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, chopped celery, chopped onion, dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
4. Fold in the cooked chicken and mix well to ensure everything is coated.
5. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
