Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup diced carrots
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups diced potatoes
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups whole milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped pickles
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions, carrots, and garlic until softened.
2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Stir in the diced potatoes, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and mustard powder. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and flour until smooth. Gradually stir into the soup and cook until thickened.
5. Add cheddar cheese and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until cheese is melted and well combined.
6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped pickles.

Storage
