Ingredients

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar.
2. Stir in yeast and warm water until a sticky dough forms.
3. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for 12-18 hours.
4. Preheat oven to 450°F; place a Dutch oven inside to heat.
5. Shape dough on a floured surface; cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
6. Carefully place dough in heated Dutch oven, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.
7. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
Storage
Store in a paper bag at room temperature for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, wrap in aluminum foil and warm in a 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes.
