Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry
1/2 lb sliced ham
1/2 lb Swiss cheese
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 egg (beaten)

Instructions

2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
3. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard over the pastry.
4. Layer the ham slices evenly over the mustard.
5. Top the ham with Swiss cheese slices.

8. Arrange the rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
