Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup tequila
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine tequila, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
