Grilled Salmon with Asparagus

Delicious grilled salmon fillets accompanied by perfectly roasted asparagus, finished with a drizzle of garlic and herb sauce. A wholesome dish rich in lean protein and omega-3 fatty acids, ideal for a healthy meal.

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1 lb asparagus spears, trimmed
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried dill
1 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the salmon fillets and asparagus with the garlic and herb mixture.
4. Grill the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
5. Grill the asparagus for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
6. Serve the grilled salmon and asparagus drizzled with any remaining sauce.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat gently in the oven at 300°F until warm, or enjoy cold.
