Ingredients

2 lbs chicken thighs
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 lime, sliced for garnish

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together lime juice, cilantro, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
2. Place chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well-coated.
3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
