Ingredients
2 lbs pork shoulder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup BBQ sauce
12 slider buns
1 cup coleslaw mix
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Rub the pork shoulder with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place the pork on the grill, cover, and cook for about 4 hours until tender.
4. Remove pork from the grill, let it rest, and then shred using two forks.
5. Mix the shredded pork with BBQ sauce.
6. In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
7. Assemble the sliders by placing pulled pork on the bottom half of each bun, topping with coleslaw, and covering with the other bun half.

Storage
