Greek Yogurt Chicken Skewers
Tender chicken pieces are marinated in a creamy blend of Greek yogurt, fresh lemon juice, and aromatic spices, then grilled to perfection. High in protein and perfect for dipping in a tangy tzatziki sauce, these skewers make a delicious and healthy meal.

Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp turmeric
Salt and pepper to taste
Wooden or metal skewers (if wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.
2. In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
3. Add chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring all are well covered. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers.
6. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
7. Serve hot with a side of tzatziki sauce for dipping.
Storage
Store leftover chicken skewers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat skewers in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes or until heated through, or microwave for 2-3 minutes.
