Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup chilled unsalted butter, cubed
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Add the chilled butter to the flour mixture and use a pastry cutter or your fingertips to blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
4. Stir in the buttermilk and honey until just combined. Do not overmix.
5. Gently fold in the chopped chives, parsley, and thyme until evenly distributed.
6. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and gently pat it into a 1-inch thick rectangle.
7. Use a round cutter to cut out biscuits and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Serve warm and enjoy.

Storage

Store biscuits in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

Reheating

To reheat, bake the biscuits in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 5-10 minutes or until warm.
