8 large celery stalks
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Wash and dry the celery stalks thoroughly. Trim the ends and cut each stalk into 3-inch pieces.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
3. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, and chopped fresh chives until evenly distributed.
4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Fill each celery piece with the cream cheese mixture, using a small spoon to ensure even coverage.
6. Sprinkle the finely chopped walnuts over the top of the stuffed celery for added crunch and flavor.
