Golden Oven-Roasted Chicken Wings

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.
3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
4. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
5. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Storage
Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, place the wings on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes or until heated through.
