Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions
1. Pour water, honey, and olive oil into the bread machine pan.
2. Add salt, whole wheat flour, and bread flour in that order.
3. Make a small well in the flour and add the yeast.
4. Select the Whole Wheat cycle and press start.
5. Once completed, remove the bread and let it cool on a wire rack.
Storage
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
