Golden Flaky Pie Crust

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced
1/4 cup cold water
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar.
2. Add diced butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
3. Stir in cold water and apple cider vinegar gradually until the dough comes together.
4. Form the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to fit your pie pan.
6. Carefully place the rolled dough into the pie pan and trim excess edges.
Storage
Wrap the pie crust tightly in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
Reheating
Preheat oven to 350°F, place the pie crust in the oven, and bake for 5-7 minutes or until warm.
