Golden Brew Bread

Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
12 oz can of beer (lager or ale)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. Gradually add the beer to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and drizzle melted butter over the top.
5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Storage

Store the bread wrapped in plastic wrap or in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Reheating

To reheat, wrap the bread in aluminum foil and warm in an oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
