Ingredients

4 salmon fillets
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
4. Remove salmon from marinade and place on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
5. Remove from the grill and garnish with lemon slices before serving.
