Ingredients

1 baguette, sliced
8 oz goat cheese, softened
1/2 cup fig jam
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Fresh thyme, for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
3. Toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Spread softened goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
5. Top each with a spoonful of fig jam.
6. Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the fig jam.
7. Drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper.
8. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve immediately.

Storage

Store any leftover crostini in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
